Master password hasn't made Qtweb secure

Qtweb doesn't ask for the master password before it fills in forms, so it won't prevent someone accessing my banking details if I lose my USB stick.

Can you increase the security by making Qtweb ask for the master password before it fills in any forms?

Many thanks, keep up the good work.

It does not prevent to banking details, if someone knows exact URLs to visit, and visit them using your USB stick.

However without knowing Master password it is not possible to see the list of URLs and saved passwords, the URLs list is just empty.

It might be a good idea to ask Master password each time QtWeb is launched and visited secure forms, however I'd consider this as too annoying behavior...

Will think about it..

Yes, but they can guess that maybe I have a Nationwide bank account, visit www.nationwide.co.uk and QTweb will fill in the login details without asking for the master password. Then they could change my password at Nationwide!

It should be possible to make QTweb ask for the master password only once, the first time it fills in a form. That won't be too annoying.

Please try QtWeb Internet Browser v.2.5 build 077.
Added Master password request when user accesses forms first time
